Relatives and friends are advised of the passing of Simon L. Rawlins, Sr., also known as Puck or Norford, who was formerly of St. Kitts but resided on St. Thomas, lived in the areas of Thomasville and Annas Retreat, had transitioned into eternal life on January 15, 2025. He was 71 years old.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Josephine Agatha Rawlins and his sister, Sarah Rawlins better known as Saydee. He has survived by his wife, Janet Rawlins; daughters: Alecia Rawlins, Josephine Rawlins-Rolle, Kishmarie Rawlins, Dahlia Rawlins; sons: Orrin Rawlins and Simon L. Rawlins Jr. “Shaba”; sisters: Cynthia Rawlins, Heather Rawlins, Brenda Rawlins; brother: Irvin Rawlins and family. Grandsons: Amari Warner, Omar Rawlins, Mahleem Warner, Naszir Warner, Ozaree Graham, Syrus Rawlins Diaz, Oziel Liburd; granddaughters: Zahlia Gooding and Amina Rolle; great grandson: Amir Warner.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the first viewing on Thursday, February 13, 2024, at the chapel of Turnbull’s Funeral Home from 4 to 6 p.m. Funeral service will be held on Friday, February 14, 2025, at the St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church. The viewing is from 9 to 10 a.m., with service to follow at 10:00 am.
Funeral arrangements are entrusted to Turnbull’s Funeral Home and Crematory Services.
