The Virgin Islands Department of Education St. Thomas-St.John District announces open enrollment for public schools during the 2026–2027 school year for students in the St. Thomas–St. John District.
Registration will be conducted according to students’ last names on designated days.
Registration Locations
- St. Thomas: Tutu Park Mall
- St. John: Julius Sprauve School
Time: 9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
Registration Schedule
April 2026 – Pre-K Students
- Child must be 4 years old on or before December 31, 2026
May 2026 – Kindergarten Students
- Child must be 5 years old on or before December 31, 2026
June 2026 – Grades 1–12
- Final report cards must be submitted at the time of registration
Student Transfer Requests
- June 23–26, 2026 (scheduled according to last name)

- Registration schedules are based on last name. Please ensure you attend on your designated day.
