Director of Personnel Nominee Cindy L. Richardson announced Tuesday the results of the election for the St. Thomas-St. John active employee and the St. Croix retiree representative to the Government Employees Service Commission (GESC) Health Insurance Board.
Results of the election, which was conducted on Dec. 10-11:
- Croix Results – Retiree Candidate
Candidate:
Debra Christopher – 100% of votes cast
- Thomas-St. John Results – Active Employee Candidate
Dr. Gilbert Comissiong – 90% of votes cast
Randy Williams – 10% of votes cast
Since both the St. Croix active employee and St. Thomas-St. John retiree representatives ran unopposed, no elections were conducted. Both candidates were incumbents and retained their seats for those positions as follows:

St. Thomas-St. John District Results – Retiree Candidate
Lori D. Anderson
The winners will serve on the GESC Health Insurance Board for the next two years. The staff and management of the Division thank all eligible employees and retirees who participated in the process.
