Jhonmar Colon-Rogers, 16, was last seen on Saturday in the vicinity of #148-292 Annas Retreat, St. Thomas, wearing blue short pants, white Crocs, and a navy blue jacket, the V.I. Police Department reported.
Colon-Rogers is 5’10” and 110 lbs. He has a light-skinned complexion, brown eyes and brown dreadlocks, according to the police report.
