During Bat Week this past October, the VI Bat Team and the Virgin Islands Children’s Museum collaborated to collect bat art from the community with their Bat Week Art Challenge. The top 13 artworks were published in the 2021 Bat Week Art Challenge Calendar.
The awardees of the Street Level VI/G-Clef Music Academy Music Education Scholarships are beginning their year-long musical journey. The four scholarship recipients were recently announced at two special performance workshops on St. Thomas and St. Croix.
The first two virtual workshops are offered via Zoom on Nov. 27 and Nov. 30, free of charge to the public. High school students are encouraged to participate.
St. Croix artist Danica M. David's “Mask Mission” project is presently featured at "Awareness through Conceptual Art and Photography," an online exhibition at X Gallery in New York City.
