The committee will reconvene on Aug. 19 from recess to receive testimony on the following Zoning Map Amendments Applications:

BLOCK I

ZAC-21-5: Stephen Lemelin (authorized agent, Clarence Brown)

Requesting Plot No. 48-A Estate La Vallee, Northside Quarter “B,” St. Croix be rezoned from R-2 (Residential-Low Density-One and Two Family) to R-3 (Residential-Medium Density)

Purpose: to bring the non-conforming property into zoning conformity
