The 34th Legislature will convene to receive testimony on the following zoning map amendment applications:
ZAC-21-12 — St. Croix Animal Welfare Center requesting a use variance for the R-2 (Residential-Low Density- One and Two Family) zoned Plot No. 32 Combined Estate Clifton Hill, King Quarter, St. Croix to allow Animal Clinic (Office), Hospital (Veterinary), Sales (Pet shop) and Shelter (Pound).
ZAC-21-13 — Annette I. Jackson requesting a use variance for the B-4 (Business-Residential Areas) zoned Remainder Plot No. 14 Estate Saint John, Queen Quarter, St. Croix to allow dwellings.
ZAC-21-14 — Eugenie, Vincent, and Lymarie Poleon requesting a use variance for the R-2 (Residential-Low Density-One and Two Family) zoned Plot No. 44 Estate William’s Delight, Prince Quarter, St. Croix.
ZAC-22-1 — Michael and Sheran George requesting a use variance for the R-2 (Residential-Low Density-One and Two Family) zoned Plot No. 126-E Estate Whim, West End Quarter, St. Croix.
ZAC-22-2 — Linda D. Petersen (authorized agent Almando Liburd) requesting that Plot No. 32 of Subdivision of Parcel No. 11 of Estate Richmond Matricular 1 AL, Company Quarter, St. Croix, be rezoned from C (Commercial) to B-3 (Business-Scattered).
ZAC-22-3 — The University of the Virgin Islands Research and Technology Park requesting that Plot Nos. 5-E and 5-F VICORP Land, Estate Castle Burke, Prince Quarter, St. Croix, be rezoned from A-1 (Agricultural Zone) to A-2 (Agricultural Zone) and B-3 (Business-Scattered), respectively.
