Bill No. 34-0010 — An Act directing the Commissioner of the Department of Planning and Natural Resources to impose a five-year moratorium throughout the Virgin Islands on the issuance of building permits for the construction of gasoline stations (Sponsored by Senator Janell K. Sarauw)

The committee will receive testimony related to the disaster recovery of the Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority.

The committee will receive testimony related to the disaster recovery and residential hardening programs under the jurisdiction of the Virgin Islands Housing Finance Authority.

BLOCK III

4:30 p.m. – 7 p.m.

The committee will receive testimony related to the disaster recovery of facilities that fall under the jurisdiction of the Virgin Islands Department of Health.
