The committee will meet via teleconference with the Department of Licensing and Consumer Affairs (DLCA) to receive updates on consumer related matters. Specifically, the DLCA Commissioner and his team will provide status updates on the following:

1. Regulatory efforts to monitor all service stations’ diesel and gasoline inventories to ensure prices are aligned with global oil market pricing;
2. Enforcement measures to ensure compliance with executive orders issued in accordance with the Governor’s March 13th State of Emergency Declaration; and
3. Manpower and other resources needed to fulfill regulatory mandates required by the State of Emergency.
