VIPA Board to Convene

The Virgin Islands Port Authority’s Board of Governors will conduct its regularly scheduled monthly meeting. The board will meet to discuss the following matters: Board Officer Elections, Board Committee Assignments, Request to Enter into a Line of Credit (Action Item) and Executive Session.
