Zoning Hearing

The Members of the Thirty-First Legislature of the Virgin Islands will meet in Committee of the Whole (Zoning Hearing) to receive testimony on the following zoning amendments to the various Official Zoning District Maps of St. Thomas/St. John, Virgin Islands.

The agenda is as follows:

Alford Richards, Sr. (contact person Liz T. Bass) – to amend Official Zoning Map No. SJZ-1 from R-1 Residential Low Density to B-2 (Business-Secondary/Neighborhood) for Parcel No. 29 Estate Susannaberg No. 17A Cruz Bay Quarter, St. John. Purpose: The applicant’s intent is to lease the site for a water delivery business to operate from and store water trucks.

Jerome Lake Kahlil Henley (Authorized Agent) – To amend Official Zoning Map No. SJZ-2 from R-2 (Residential Low-Density-One and Two Family) to R-3 (Residential-Medium Density) for Parcel No. 22-1 Estate Enighed, No. 1 Cruz Bay Quarter, St. John. Purpose: Forty-six (46) dwelling units, intended as weekly-rental villas. Also the construction of a pool and gift shop.
