VICA to Unveil VI Madras Fabric

The Virgin Islands Council on the Arts will unveil the official Virgin Islands of the United States Madras fabric to the public at a ceremony. The madras fabric was established by an Act of the Virgin Islands Legislature to establish the official madras of the Virgin Islands of the United States.
