VICA to Unveil VI Madras Fabric
Frederick Dorsch Cultural Center Frederiksted, St. CroixThe Virgin Islands Council on the Arts will unveil the official Virgin Islands of the United States Madras fabric to the public at a ceremony. The madras fabric was established by an Act of the Virgin Islands Legislature to establish the official madras of the Virgin Islands of the United States.
