Sahara Haze, Hot Saturday

Hazy skies, due to the presence of Saharan dust, will lead to a  very warm day today, with highs reaching the upper 80s and possibly into the low 90s. Winds from the southeast at 5-15 miles per hour are likely.

A northerly swell is creating choppy seas over the offshore Atlantic waters. Six-foot seas are forecast and small craft operators are encouraged to exercise caution when navigating these waters. Elsewhere, seas to five feet and winds to 15 knots are expected. There is a moderate risk of rip currents across the territorial coastlines.
