11:45 a.m. – A citizen p/r there are drugs at Island Blues. Coral Bay substation traveling to same. Recovered contraband.

4:35 p.m.- A citizen r/ an auto accident to 402E in the area of the barge ramp in Cruz Bay. Auto accident.

8:30 a.m. – A resident of Hard Labor r/ someone broke into her home last night. Burglary in the second.

11:40 a.m. – A citizen issued threats in the area of Wharfside Village. Disturbance of the peace, threats, domestic violence.

2:00 p.m. – A citizen p/r a caucasian male drove off after filling up his car with gas without paying. Petit larceny.

2:30 p.m. – A female r/ being raped by a black male on April 19. No further information. First degree rape.

4:40 p.m. – A citizen c/r a boating accident in the area of the Cruz Bay V.I. National Park dock. Sea vessel accident.

1:10 p.m. – A citizen p/r someone broke the glass and took items from her food van. Burglary in the third.

9:32 p.m. – A citizen c/r a car over the side, area of Centerline Road, up from George Simmonds Terrace. Auto accident.

12:45 p.m. – A resident of Coral Bay Harbor p/r he was threatened in the area of Island Blues. Disturbance of the peace.

4:10 p.m. – A citizen p/ at Jurgen Command r/ he was refused service at Kaleidoscope. Police assistance.

8:59 p.m. – A citizen p/r she was struck about the upper body and face by a female. Simple assault.

11:50 a.m. – Detective K. Hodge p/ with one Melroy Matthias under arrest. Bail set at $75,000. Rape in the first degree.

12:25 p.m. – A citizen p/r a female is harassing him. Disturbance of the peace.

5:00 p.m. – A resident of Prospect p/r someone removed her digital camera out of her rental vehicle. Grand larceny.
