Update: St. Thomas Man and Woman Arrested for Assaulting Cousin

A female on St. Thomas turned herself into police on Saturday on charges of assault, the V.I. Police Department reported.

The female victim additionally identified 37-year-old Annica Charleswell-Thompson, as the second assailant who attacked her in the parking lot of Schneider Regional Medical Center, according to the police report.

Charleswell-Thompson was arrested and charged with assault and disturbance of the peace, police said.

A man on St. Thomas turned himself into police on Saturday on charges of assault, the V.I. Police Department reported.

The female victim reported on Sunday, Dec 4, from the Schneider Regional Medical Center emergency room that an altercation took place between her and her two cousins. The victim identified Royd Thompson as one of the two assailants. She stated that she had been attacked in the parking lot of the Schneider Regional Medical Center, which resulted in her receiving multiple injuries to her face and body, according to the police report.

Thompson, 18, was arrested and charged with assault and disturbance of the peace, police said.
