At 6:30 p.m. Wednesday the V.I. Police Department arrested Joseph E. Hodge, age 83 of Frenchman’s Bay, charging him with first-degree unlawful sexual contact.
Hodge is accused of the unlawful entry and sexual contact of a female staying at Bella Vista Hotel on Oct. 30.
He was released on a $35,000 appearance bond, pending his advice of rights hearing.
