Housing Authority Launches Donoe and Tutu Hi-Rise Right to Return Initiative

The Virgin Islands Housing Authority is announcing the launch of its Right to Return initiative for families formerly residing in the Donoe and Tutu Hi-Rise communities. This initiative ensures that displaced residents have the opportunity to return to safe, affordable housing in their original community.

As part of this effort, VIHA has established a dedicated contact line and email address for families to reach our team directly. Families are encouraged to contact VIHA to confirm consideration of eligibility, update their information, and receive guidance on the rehousing process.

To help VIHA respond quickly and accurately, residents are strongly encouraged to provide their full first and last name, a reliable contact telephone number, and their current mailing address when reaching out. This information will ensure that VIHA can verify identity, update records, and communicate important next steps without delay.
