Air-Conditioning Master Suites Is Big News for Sunset Ridge Homeowners Association

All six units at Sunset Ridge, above, will have air-conditioning installed in the master suites.

After 20 years of relying on the trade winds on top of the ridge overlooking Cruz Bay, Pillsbury Sound and the south shore, the Sunset Ridge Villas Homeowners Association has voted to install air conditioning in the master suites of all six units at Sunset Ridge Villas.

After almost 20 years of relying on the eastern trades to cool the two building 6-unit interval ownership site atop Sunset Ridge, the owners have decided to “let some cool happen.”

Following their policy of slow, steady and sustainable improvements to the property, the owners have decided to continue installing air conditioning in the master suites as yet another step in the restoration and upgrading of the landmark resort property.

The addition of air conditioning to Sunset Ridge Villas will enhance some of the best times to be on St. John to more owners and renters, according to property managers Cimmaron St. John.

Cimmaron St. John is looking forward to the possibilities created by installing the optional use, high efficiency units, according to the SRV Homeowners Association.

Already having some of best views of any interval ownership site on island, the addition of air conditioning just makes Sunset Ridge Villas an even more exciting vacationers’ accommodation choice, according to Cimmaron.

People who stay at Sunset Ridge will tell you that there is nothing like watching the sunset over St. Thomas either from the deck of the shared pool or from the privacy of your own court yard.

Anyone can join Sunset Ridge guests for sunset at /SRVrightNow.shtml or any other time just to see what’s going on in Pillsbury Sound.
