With three generating units on line at the Randolph Harley Power Plant, electrical service has been restored to all customers in the St. Thomas – St. John District.
If a person’s electrical service has not been restored, it is likely an isolated outage. Please contact WAPA at 774-3552, select option 4 or email communications@viwapa.vi.
