A district-wide service interruption is affecting the St. Thomas-St. John District after a loss of generation capacity at the Randolph Harley Power Plant at 2:40 p.m.
Plant personnel will begin the process of rebuilding capacity so as to reenergize and stabilize power production at the plant and restore service to all customers.
