An electrical service interruption is affecting customers on four feeders in the St. Thomas-St. John District. Shortly after 6 p.m., the Randolph Harley Power Plant experienced a loss of generation capacity when Unit 15 tripped off line. Customers on feeders 7E, 8A, 8B and 9C are affected.
Plant personnel are working to bring an additional unit online to facilitate restoration of service.
