ALERTS: Electrical Service Interruptions Due to Harley Power Plant Problem

Randolph E. Harley Power Plant on St. Thomas

Customers on St. Thomas feeders 6A, 7C, 8B, 9C and on St. John feeder 7E are experiencing an electrical service interruption related to generation capacity at the Harley Power Plant. Plant personnel are working to rebuild capacity and restore service to all affected customers.

As of 1:30 p.m. today, Wednesday, the following feeders are energized: 6B, 9B, 9E and a portion of 10B. Customers on Feeders 5A, 6A, 7A, 7B, 7C, 7E, 8B, 9C and 10B are experiencing a service interruption.

Those feeders that are presently off line will not be restored until weather conditions improve and WAPA can safely deploy crews and equipment to make any necessary repairs so as to facilitate restoration of service.
