Alex Alberto Burgos Dies

It is with deep sorrow that the family of Alex Alberto Burgos announces his passing on March 12, 2025. He was a beloved son, father, brother, uncle, cousin, and friend. His warm presence and kind heart will be missed by all who knew him.

Alex is survived by his loving mother, Luisa Burgos; his cherished daughter, Crystal A. Burgos; his brother, Jose E. Vasquez; his sister, Rosa Vasquez; as well as his aunts, Julia Burgos and Gloria Ramos; uncles, Martin Burgos and Juan J. Burgos; Niece(s): Angelica M. Vasquez, Nephew(s):  Jose E. Vasquez Jr., Yaniel J. Vasquez, Eitan N. Vasquez, Cousin(s):  Carmen Acosta, Jesus Nieves III, Ivette Perez, Maria T. Torres, Annette Acevado, Wilnelia Acevado, William Acevado, Juan J. Burgos, Jose C. Burgos, Deliae Burgos, Yesenia Burgos, Juan J. Nieves, Clarissa Burgos, Martin Burgos, Gloria Ramos, Marcial Ramos, Junior Acosta and Ariel Acosta.  In law: Kysha Rivera; Special Friends:  Adam Deller, Jose E. Perez and his numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and extended family.

Alex was a man of strong character and unwavering love for his family and friends. His spirit will live on in the memories of his loved ones, and he will be remembered for his generosity, compassion, and the joy he brought to every room he entered.

A funeral service to honor Alex’s life will be held on March 24, 2025, at 10:00 AM at Divine Funeral Services Chapel. Interment will follow at Kingshill Cemetery Earth Section.

Our hearts are broken, but we take comfort in knowing that Alex’s legacy of love, kindness, and family will endure forever.
