The V.I. Police Department has issued an Amber Alert for 16-year-old Kyjauni Joseph, who was last seen on Thursday at 3 p.m. at 37 Mount Pleasant in Frederiksted.
Joseph is said to have a medium complexion with brown eyes and dreadlocks. He is 5’7 and 175 lbs with a medium build. Joseph has a speech disorder and ADHD, according to the alert.
