The Beach Bar owner Allan MacPhee formally apologized for his crimes of tax evasion and structuring deposits in a legal notice which ran twice last week in The Virgin Islands Daily News. The local businessman pled guilty in October 2007 to four counts of a 20-count indictment charging him with filing false tax returns and structuring.
