A Mental Health Peer Support Workshop will hold a free, live peer support workshop conference call every second and fourth Tuesday at 3 p.m. Learn about mental health peer support, which is the offering of help and support based on personal experience.

Persons or family members who have lived with the experience of mental health challenges are encourage to join.
