Board of Elections Begins Counting 2020 General Election Absentee Ballots

Elections System of the Virgin Islands

On Wednesday, Nov. 4, the Board of Elections began counting the 2020 General Election Absentee Ballots. In the St. Croix District, 170 absentee ballots were counted; in the St. Thomas-St. John District, 305 absentee ballots were counted. The unofficial reports below contain absentee ballots.

The Board of Elections will continue counting absentee ballots at 10 a.m., Saturday, Nov. 7, and will be streamed via www.vivote.gov and www.facebook.com/wtjx  and www.facebook.com/vivote.gov.  The media, candidates and public are invited to view the process.
