Caneel Bay, A Rosewood Resort, reopened on Friday, October 14, for its 55th season with Andreas Pade as Resort Manager.
During the seasonal closure, $1.5 million was spent to enhance the beauty of the resort set on 170 acres in the Virgin Islands National Park.
Pade joins the resort from Cotton House Resort on Mustique Island where he served as General Manager since 2009 and will now work closely with Caneel
Managing Director Nikolay Hotze. Pade is a dynamic hospitality professional with a record of achieving and exceeding hospitality service expectations.
“We’re delighted to welcome Andreas to Caneel Bay and the U.S. Virgin Islands and we’re excited to begin our 55th season with him as a key member of our management team,” said Hotze. “We are constantly reinvesting in maintaining the grounds and facilities of the resort for our overnight guests as well as our day visitors. As part of a recent investment and preparation for the season ahead, $1.5 million was spent on landscaping and structural improvements.”
