The VITEMA Mass Notification System Alert VI announces a high surf advisory is in effect from 6 a.m. on Saturday to 6 p.m. on Monday. A coastal flood watch is in effect from Saturday morning through Sunday afternoon. There will be large breaking waves of 15-20 feet; coastal flooding is possible.
Also, a high rip current risk is now in effect from Saturday morning through late Monday night.
