A two story, two family dwelling is being constructed at this lot next to Sosa’s Restaurant in Cruz Bay, according to Department of Planning and Natural Resources spokesperson Jamal Nielsen. The lot is owned by Denzil Clyne, according to the permit sign posted on the property.
“The man has all his permits,” said Nielsen.
