In support of the National Day of Mourning to honor the memory of the late George Herbert Walker Bush, the forty-first President of the United States, the District Court of the Virgin Islands will be closed for all business on Wednesday, Dec. 5, except for previously scheduled matters that have not been continued.
The public is reminded that electronic filing will be available through CM/ECF, the court’s electronic case management system, during the court’s closure.
