Division of Corporations/ Trademarks Offering Sessions on the Online Catalyst System

United States Virgin Islands Office of the Lieutenant Governor

Lt. Gov. Tregenza A. Roach Esq. invites the business community to attend the Division of Corporations and Trademarks’ information sessions on the online Catalyst system. Sessions are open to existing business owners, new business owners and service providers who assist new and existing business owners with filings to the Division of Corporations and Trademarks, according to a press release issued Thursday by the Office of the Lieutenant Governor.

To conduct business in the U.S. Virgin Islands, whether for-profit or non-profit, business entities must be registered with the Office of the Lieutenant Governor and maintain a status of active/in good standing for the duration of the entity’s existence.

“It is important for existing and future business owners to know how to use the Division of Corporations and Trademarks’ online Catalyst system. This system is used to create a user account, register business entities, and conduct transactions for existing businesses. It is also used to maintain the business entity status of active/in good standing or current to avoid administrative dissolution for failure to comply with the annual or biennial statutory requirements,” said Lt. Gov. Roach.
