The Department of Licensing and Consumer Affairs (DLCA) notifies the public that the DLCA offices on St. Croix, St. Thomas and St. John will be closed on Monday, Dec. 16, for an Employee Development Workshop.
Normal business hours will resume at 8 a.m., Tuesday, Dec. 17.
