The Virgin Islands Department of Education has announced orientation information for the Julius E. Sprauve School on St. John. From 8 a.m. to 1 p.m., Monday, July 24, through Friday, Aug. 4, staff will be on-site at the school to allow parents to take care of all fees prior to the first day of school.
Students must attend orientation in their full uniform and be accompanied by a parent or guardian. A copy of an up-to-date immunization card must be provided.
Orientation Schedule
Monday, Aug. 7 (First Instructional Day)
Pre-Kindergarten to 4th Grade at 8 a.m.
5th Grade to 8th Grade at 10 a.m.
Student Fees
Physical Education Uniforms (shirts and pants) $20 per set.
Gym uniforms may be purchased ahead of the first day.
Insurance $18
A copy of private insurance must be presented if school insurance is not being purchased.
