Scam Alert: The Virgin Islands Department of Education (DOE) has been made aware of an effort in the St. Thomas-St. John District of persons claiming to be representatives of the DOE engaging in a door-to-door food drive requesting monetary donations in exchange for canned goods.
This is a scam. The V.I. Department of Education has no association with this fraudulent activity.
