DPW Reports Completion of Three St. Thomas/St. John Projects

These are the St. Thomas-St. John project updates for the week of June 13-17. 2022.

Contant

Island: St. Thomas

Funding: American Rescue Plan Act

Contractor: Grace Civil LLC.

Project Cost: $1,710,963.33

Key Facts: The Department of Public Works informs the public of roadwork taking place in Contant. Grace Civil LLC has completed the milling throughout the project limits. Paving has commenced and is expected to be completed by Thursday. Striping will follow at a later time.

New Tutu (Monster Hill)

Island: St. Thomas

Funding: American Rescue Plan Act

Contractor: Grace Civil LLC.

Project Cost: $1,260,595.53

Key Facts: DPW’s contractor – Grace Civil LLC – has completed the milling and paving project in the New Tutu neighborhood. Striping will be completed at a later time.

Estate Frenchman’s Bay

Island: St. Thomas

Funding: American Rescue Plan Act

Contractor: Grace Civil LLC.

Project Cost: $450,000

Key Facts: The Department of Public Works (DPW) informs the community of the completion of roadwork in Estate Frenchman’s Bay. This project included milling, paving, drainage improvements and striping.
