Early Voting in 2020 General Election Increasing

Supervisor of Elections Caroline F. Fawkes is pleased to announce the upward trend in early voters on the three islands. The number of electors who have participated in early voting as of Wednesday, Oct. 14, is as follows: St. Thomas: 1,128, St. Croix: 1,191, and St. John: 90, a total of 2,409 voters territorywide.

The 2020 General Election Early Voting continues until Sunday, Oct. 25. Voting hours are from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., daily. Early voting locations are as follows:

  • St. Croix Elections Office at Sunny Isle Shopping Center, Unit 26, 1st floor (former Movie Theatre location between Master Insurance Agency and Nav Jeweler)
  • St. Thomas at Charlotte Amalie High School Gymnasium
  • St. John Elections Office at Market Place Suite II

In closing, Supervisor Fawkes is pleading with voters not to wait till the last minute to cast their ballot. Please ensure you cast your ballot in a timely manner. There are less than eleven days remaining for the 2020 General Election Early Voting. “People have marched, fought, died and shed endless tears for you to be able to vote. Show appreciation and go out and vote,” said Sonya Parker.
