The family of Emmanuel A. Taylor Sr., better known as “Lapa,” informs the public of his passing on March 4 in Miami, Fla.
A memorial will be held at 10:30 a.m., March 30, at Southside United Pentecostal Church (the big church located near the highway in the Paradise area).
