Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, Feb. 3 at Holy Cross Catholic Church, 2182 Queen Street Christiansted. Tributes will begin at 9:30 a.m. with service at 10 a.m. Interment will follow at Kingshill Cemetery.  

In memory of Frankie, whose vibrant spirit was reflected in his favorite color, green, we invite all attendees to honor him by wearing green or, if you prefer, traditional black and white attire. Let us celebrate his life and the joy he brought to all of us.
