This workshop is specially designed for the residents of the Lovenlund Apartments on St. Thomas, and Bellevue Village and Calabash Boom Apartments on St. John, ensuring that when homeownership opportunities arise with the pending acquisition of those properties by Jackson Development, they are fully prepared to take the next step, according to a press release announcing the workshops.

Participants will have the unique opportunity to interact directly with financial institutions on-site, including Banco Popular, Oriental Bank, Merchants Bank, First Bank, and other financial experts, for personalized advice and support, it said.
