The Friends of the Public Library, the Elaine I. Sprauve Library and Museum of Cultural Arts, will hold its annual meeting. The speaker will be Carla M. Sewer, a Ph.D. candidate, certified family life educator – provisional, library associate, and MLS senior student.
The meeting is scheduled for 5:30 p.m., Thursday, Feb. 28, at Fellowship Hall of the Nazareth Lutheran Hall, Cruz Bay, St. John.
Attendees should be prepared to nominate and elect people to fill several positions that have become vacant on the board. All aspects of The Friends’ records, by-laws, articles of incorporation, standards of operation and financial information will be there and available for perusal.
