Gloria Dolores Slater died on Jan. 20.
She is survived by her daughters: Barbara Slater Brown, Carmen Slater and Lynn Slater Lawrence, sons: Thorvald Slater Jr., Hugh Slater, John Slater and Glen Slater; grandchildren: Kevin Brown Jr. Jeffery, Gloria, Ramisha, Andora, Janeece and Barbara Lawrence, Rhudel Lawrence Jr., Kenneth Lawrence, Quoia Slater, Ragin, Daria, Jason, Kenneth Slater, Brian, Jaqueline and Jenelle Slater; great-grandchildren: Brianna Harris, Shakieya, Aaliyah Rhudel III and Deshawn Lawrence; sister-in-law, Carolina Slater; and sons-in-law: Rhudel Lawrence Sr. and Kevin Brown Sr.

A friends and family viewing will take place from 2:30 – 4:30 p.m., Thursday, Feb. 8, at Divine Funeral Services Chapel.
A second viewing will be held at 9 a.m. followed by a funeral service at 10 a.m., Friday, Feb. 9, at Lord God of Sabaoth Lutheran Church, Christiansted. Interment will be at the Kingshill Cemetery V.A. Section.
