Governor Institutes Curfew, Closes Government Offices as Storm Nears

Gov. Albert Bryan Jr., in advance of the full effects of the storm being called Potential Tropical Cyclone 9, has instituted a curfew that goes into effect from midnight through noon Thursday.

Bryan also closed all Government of the Virgin Islands offices effective at 1 p.m. Wednesday and all day Thursday.

The governor said he will make a determination about when government offices will reopen and make an announcement Thursday.
