Grande Bay Rezone

To make the plans for Building E, as well as the other monstrosities that are already in existence, compliant with the zoning law they need more than a rezoning. They need a zoning code written just for them. There isn’t a residential zoning category in the entire VI Code that permits what they are building to be built on parcels that size. If they and DPNR had paid attention to the lawsuit that was filed against them, there would not be any need to tear down already built and sold units.
