Help Catch Get Those Who Murdered Jahul Ward and Joseph Graffis and Get Paid

On Tuesday, February 4, 2020, at 9:15 p.m. police were dispatched to the area of Pine Peace, St. John, in reference to a homicide. Police reportedly found an unresponsive black man slouched over in the driver’s seat of a dark colored vehicle. The man appeared to have been shot more than once. Emergency Medical Technicians, who were on scene, concluded that the man did not have any vital signs. He was identified by the next of kin as 32-year old Jahul Ward.

On Thursday, Nov. 8, 2018, police discovered the body of 67-year-old Joseph Mark Graffis in the Little La Grange area of Frederiksted, after a welfare check was conducted as requested by a concerned citizen. Neighbors became concerned after hearing several shots fired two days earlier. Graffis was discovered near his home with what appeared to be bullet wounds to his body, according to police.

On Wednesday, June 24, 2015 at around 6:42pm St. Croix Police Officers responded to a call of shots fired on Queen Mary Highway (Center Line Road) in the vicinity of Estates St. George and Diamond. Upon arrival at the scene they discovered a white-colored Honda Civic with a bullet hole in the passenger side window. The vehicle had struck a tree and came to a stop west of Bellows International. The driver of the vehicle was identified as Dave Edwards of Estate Whim, who was found unresponsive and later pronounced dead.

A cash reward up to $25,000 is being offered for information leading to the arrest of the individual or individuals responsible for these homicides.
