Help Solve the Murders of Raj Darnelle White and Delroy Venzen Jr.

Crime Stoppers is offering rewards for anonymous information leading to arrests in these two murders.

On Monday April 11, at 5:41 p.m. the 911 Emergency Call Center received a call of a gunshot victim in Estate Barren Spot, St. Croix. Police arrived to find a critically injured black man with multiple gunshot wounds. The man, 21-year-old Raj Darnelle White of Barren Spot, was transported to Juan F. Luis Hospital where he died. Police say White was at home in his yard washing his vehicle “when a black male exited a vehicle, discharged multiple shots at him, and jumped back into the vehicle and sped away in a southern direction.”

On December 27, 2020 at 10:58 p.m., police were advised of a shooting incident near a restaurant in Smith Bay, St. Thomas with four male victims. Police contacted a victim at Schneider Regional Medical Center who reported he was in a physical altercation with an unknown Black male in the area of Smith Bay, when he was shot. The victim, identified by family members as 33-year-old Delroy Venzen Jr. succumbed to his injuries on December 31, 2020 at 1:26 p.m. The other three gunshot victims had also arrived at Schneider following the incident and each victim indicated they were not associated with a fight or altercation when shot. None of the victims had any knowledge of who may have fired the shots and are in stable condition
