A resident of St. Thomas is seeking eyewitnesses to a motor vehicle vs. pedestrian accident, or the aftermath, on or about July 31, 2023, at approximately 4 p.m., in the road beside Lockhart Gardens Shopping Center, in the vicinity of Kmart.
