A major electrical service interruption is affecting customers on St. Croix. The island-wide interruption is a result of the loss of generation capacity at the Estate Richmond Power Plant. Plant personnel are working to rebuild generation capacity ahead of restoring service to the affected customers. The outage occurred at 8:07 a.m.
