It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved 67-year-old brother, uncle and friend, Jose Coto. Jose was from the beautiful island of St. Croix. He transitioned into eternal peace on Aug. 15.
He was preceded in death by his parents: Lucia Gonzales and Jovo Coto Sr.; sisters: Anita Coto and Juana Coto; and brother, Gilberto Coto.
He is survived by his brothers: Jovo Coto jr., Antonio Coto and Pedro Coto; uncle: Luis Saldana; sisters-in- law: Paula Coto, Graciela Coto and Margarita Carrasquillo; brother-in-law, Earnest Davis; nieces: Maribel Ayala, Sandra Grant, Maricela Davis, Luz M. Coto, Nilda Coto and Evelyn Coto; nephews: Jose Coto, Ledesma, Miguel Angel Coto, Wilfred Coto, Earnesto Davis, Neftali De Leon, Joselito Coto and Gilberto Coto; as well as many other family and friends too numerous to mention.
The viewing will be held at 10 a.m. followed by funeral services at 11 a.m., Monday, Sept. 9, at the Divine Funeral Services Chapel. Interment will be at the Kingshill Cemetery.
